Poetry Party: Practicing Resurrection


Christine at Abbey of the Arts has proposed another poetry party! Today's theme is practicing resurrection, and she offers this image as inspiration:


Warm sand under foot
Gentle breezes move the air
My heart soars to you

In a breeze, a storm
a quiet moment, a breath
where life is, you are

A Saturday in silence

    I love the haiku form to give shape to these images. All three are beautiful, but the last one really soars for me. Blessings to you.
